For the purpose of this Agreement 'You' means 'You, the Affiliate" and 'We' means 'magnet4web' a division of Seniority.co.uk Limited.

* Relationship of Parties

* Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Affiliate Agreement even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

* Disclaimers
We make no guarantees that our Affiliate Links will be operational on a totally-uninterrupted basis and will not accept requests for renumeration in the unlikely event of this occurring.

* By signing up with ClickBank, you also acknowledge that you have read their agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. Your decision to engage in this Affiliate Agreement is based on your own independent decision.
